Ficep UK puts laser performance centre stage at MACH 2026

Ficep UK will showcase its new Gemini LASER steel processing system at MACH 2026 on Stand 6-330, demonstrating how integrated laser machining is transforming structural steel fabrication.
The Gemini LASER combines high‑power fibre laser cutting with precision mechanical machining on a single gantry platform. It handles thick plates up to 60 mm, and integrates drilling, tapping, milling and marking, all in one workflow. An optional 45‑degree bevel head enables complex weld preparations without moving the plate between machines.
This single‑machine approach reduces material handling, speeds up production, and increases accuracy - advantages particularly valuable for bridges, offshore structures and large industrial projects.
